You will also learn the stories behind many textile factories in Zhejiang, as it connects to me personally, and stands as good representation for many of the family firms in China.Â

As an international student, my interest towards family businesses grew as I learned more about my own family's business. I was fascinated by the balance between love and material needs, so I decided to search for answers. I worked months emailing professors and connecting with factory owners to make this podcast possible. I read plenty of research papers along the way to understand the specialized study of each professor, learning the complexities of family firms. I am grateful for the opportunities to talk with these wonderful euntrepreneurs and professors!
